Projeto: Optimization of starch nanoparticles loaded with phenolic compounds from green propolis for the functionalization of carrageenin-based vegetarian gummies (2022-Atual)
Objetivo: Extraction of phenolic compounds from green propolis; Production of the starch nanoparticles (SNPs) by anti-solvent precipitation method; Characterizer the SNPs with and without phenolic compounds; Optimize the synthesis of SNPs loaded with phenolic compounds using experimental designs to reduce particle size, improve the polydispersity and increase phenolic compound adsorption; Antioxidant capacity and bioactivity of SNPs loaded with phenolic compounds will be studied in-vitro; Production and characterization of the enrich carrageenan gummies by incorporating SNPs loaded with phenolic compounds.
